SAY Studio was appointed to develop an exciting new design concept for this iconic five-star luxury hotel, which had been an established presence in Dubai for over two decades. Working in alignment with the client’s vision for 2030, the team undertook a comprehensive redesign of the Main Reception Area, Guest Rooms and Suites, Common Areas, and Corridors.
The design approach embraced a refined aesthetic, incorporating subtle tones, a carefully curated material palette, and understated detailing to create a cohesive and timeless interior. Balancing contemporary sophistication with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the resulting design reimagines the guest experience while respecting the hotel’s established identity and elevating its position within Dubai’s hospitality market.
