The Abu Dhabi Government Academy is an independent government institution affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, and its responsibilities are to develop strategic policies and plans to develop and upgrade the administrative and leadership skills of Abu Dhabi government employees, by offering high quality educational and development programs. Abu Dhabi School of Government fosters and develops leaders within the government by equipping them with world class managerial, operational and administrative skills. The design for their office was inspired by the calligraphic brushstroke of their logo and by the strong connection to Emirati culture and development. The shapes and forms in their reception are created from the word “Ilm” which translates to knowledge, and features quotes from the UAE founder, Sheikh Zayed.
