SAY Studio were approached for the to design their new offices in Tower 2 of Al Sarab Towers. The workspace is inclusive of a high-end front-of-house, a spacious reception and boardrooms with easy access to executive offices. In addition there are trading desks, meeting spaces and private offices. The occupational density and space planning follows Brevan Howard‘s workspace design standards and branding guidelines. The layout is planned that all employees have an easy access to common facilities such as collaborative spaces, phonebooths, pantries & refreshment areas.
