Nolu’s is a blend of Californian cuisine with an Afghani twist. With its first restaurant opening in October 2011, the brand has gone from strength to strength, opening several new destinations across the UAE.
We worked closely with the Nolu’s founder to realise her ambition of creating the region’s first food market. This was an ambitious brief, but through creative collaboration, we were able to deliver a space that not only showcased local culinary offerings, but also transformed into a social venue during the evenings that could house the arts and entertainments. Given the venue’s positioning within the New York University, Abu Dhabi campus, we had to study the demographic to cater to a wide array of prospective clientele.
