With a global team of 94,000 employees, Siemens Energy are among the leading energy firms in the world. They are responsible for meeting the growing energy demand while ensuring the climate is protected. Siemens Energy approached SAY Studio to design their offices distributed across five buildings in the Expo Sustainability Pavilions. Their new offices utilize principles of their playbook to provide spaces for: teamwork & collaboration, communication, individual work & concentration, and social & relaxation. Siemens Energy were in search of a workspace which could clearly display the #bettertogether framework, where people grow and innovate. To achieve this goal, we created a range of spaces within each building for people to choose where to work, collaborate and concentrate, a smart and efficient office that boosts productivity and creativity. The project achieved LEED Gold.
