In 1985, PATTIS as a young Saudi brand tailored their F&B experience to celebrate European and International cuisine, in a fine dining setting. Once acquired by Awn in 2011, the traditional restaurant morphed into a fully-fledged food and beverage company that operates restaurants, bakeries as well as catering services. The PATTIS Group were looking to create a new restaurant space in KAFD area 2.07 which the SAY Studio team provided a carefully crafted design concept for. Taking inspiration from the varied typologies in Saudi farming, the team zoned the space of the restaurant to hold different themes; Aqua, Arid and Alcove. The final outcome was a concept sympathetic to the core values and future vision of PATTIS Group.
