The SAY Studio team were engaged by Fairmont in order to bring the hotel up to modern day standards, along with re-planning the overall flow to maximise the guest experience. We developed designs for the Main Reception, the Lobby Area, The All-Day Dining and the Pool Area and Bar. Considering the Resort would remain in operation, we had to be considerate of maximising the design impact, whilst minimising the overall disruption.
