American International Group, Inc. (AIG), one of the leading global insurance organisations with over 100 years of experience, were relocating from their existing offices in Dubai International Finance Centre (DIFC) to new 1,300 m2 premises in Building 8, Gate Village, DIFC.
The brief was to design and build a new Middle East office, that incorporated AIG's corporate branding and with a benchmark from AIGʼs Hamburg and Milan offices, whilst adhering to their subtle brand colour palette.
The result is a crisp, modern, functional workspace that incorporates a large boardroom that can accommodate 24+ people, open workstations, several meeting rooms, collaboration areas, and a welcoming reception. Furthermore, the new office has an inviting pantry area with a variety of seating options that is drenched in natural light from the large adjoining outdoor terrace.
