Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is a brand synonymous with luxury and elegance. For their new All-Day Dining facility, they approached SAY Studio due to the long-standing relationship and brand alignment. The team was faced with the task of designing a showcase space that exuded contemporary quality, whilst paying homage to the stunning views provided from level 33. The team opted for a bold palette of deep greens and rustic golds which encapsulated the decadence the client wanted to achieve. The space also offered a private dining experience targeted at their exclusive members.
