Based on the success of Phases 1 and 2, SAY Studio were engaged to develop the Common Area upgrades. This included the Hotel’s iconic Main Entrance, the Valet Parking Entrance, the Café Space and the Lounge Areas. We took reference from the Room Upgrades, utilising similar materials and furniture types.
Every element that was selected was scrutinised to ensure that it worked within the overall time and budget, working closely with the client and the contractor.
The upgrades breathed a new lease of life into the hotel, redefining Fairmont Dubai as one of the city’s main destinations.
